We charge for the professional configuration, automation, and ongoing support. Services are compatible with Linux-based VPS/cloud servers only. You receive a professionally written Bash setup script, installation documentation, and (on most plans) email support. The script installs ClamAV on your Linux server, sets up automated scan scheduling via cron, and configures logging and alerts. You run the script on your own server with SSH access.
No. We do not and cannot guarantee complete security or detection of all malware. ClamAV is a capable open-source scanner but no tool catches 100% of threats. We help you set up a solid scanning routine — this is a meaningful layer of protection, but should not be your only security measure. We're transparent about this.
Our scripts are tested on Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, Debian 10/11, and CentOS 7/8. Most Debian-based distributions should work. Windows and macOS servers are not supported. If you're unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
The Lifetime plan includes 12 months of priority email support from the date of purchase. After 12 months, you retain full access to all scripts and updates, but support moves to community/self-serve only. We're upfront about this so there are no surprises.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Not by default. Most customers install the script themselves with the provided documentation. If you'd prefer hands-on installation, add the "Remote Server Setup" add-on and we'll request temporary SSH access to complete the setup for you.
